We begin our trek the next day after driving from Pokhara to Phedi.

We ascend through a trail of dense woods to the picturesque village of Dhampus. We pass through diverse ethnic villages and get beautiful views of the white peaks of the Annapurna Range. The sunset view is fabulous in the evening. The walk to Sarangkot the next day offers more gorgeous mountain views. The popular tourist hill town is a great place to see the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain chain. It's also one of the best paragliding spots in the world.
