• Day 01 Arrival in Kathmandu (1300m/4264ft).

    Nepal Hiking Trek Airport Personnel will receive you upon your arrival in Kathmandu Airport and transfer you to the hotel in Kathmandu. The overnight dinner will be hosted by Nepal Hiking Trek to mark your arrival in Nepal Overnight in Kathmandu.

  • Day 02 Kathmandu: Sightseeing and Trek Preparation.

    After breakfast, this is the day for the sightseeing of the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITES and also for the briefing of the trekking. Places like Durbar Squares of Kathmandu & Patan, Swyambhunath, Bouddhanath, and Pashupatinath will be visited during sightseeing. Overnight in Kathmandu

  • Day 03 Fly from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj: 1 hour

    The flight will take you to the flatland terai region of Nepal often considered as the hottest place i.e. Nepalgunj. During day time visit of the mini zoo or local market is taken place. Overnight in Nepalgunj.Included meals:

  • Day 04 Fly from Nepalgunj to Jhupal (Dolpo) (2,320m/7,610ft).

    Trek to Dunai (2,850m/9,348ft): 45 mins flight, 2-3 hours trek The flight from Nepalgunj to Juphal is splendid as the trekkers will get glimpses of the Annapurna series and Dhaulagiri. The scenery of the hilly landscape and villages on the trail towards Dunai is stupendous.

  • Day 05 Dunai to Tarakot (2,543m/8,341ft): 5-6 hours.

    This day’s trekking is along the banks of Bheri River. The suspension bridges and secluded villages along with the deep gorges make the trail mystical to walk on. The trees of pine forests and terraced farmlands of the Tarakot Village make the trek even more marvelous. Overnight in Tarakot.

  • Day 06 Tarakot to Laini (3,160 m/10,365 ft): 6-7 hours

    This day’s trekking partner would be Tarap Chu River which we have to cross two times. Sandul Gompa is on the way and taking good blessings we head towards the village of Laini walking the uphill and downhill. Overnight in Laini.

  • Day 07 Laini to Nawarpani (3,545m/11,627 ft): 5-6 hours

    Steep uphill trail walking and walking in the narrowest valley will take trekkers to the banks of Chyugur Khola. From this place, after a brief rest, we head towards Nawarpani. Overnight in Nawarpani.

  • Day 08 Nawarpani to Do Tarap (4,090m/13,415ft): 7-8 hours

    The most diversified day’s walking is this day. Gradual uphill climbing towards Kamattarka at the meeting point of the Tarap Chu River and Lang River and eventually through narrow gorge leads us to dry inner Himalayas Valley. Bonpo and Chaiba religion followers have a stronghold in the village of Do Tarap where we will take a halt of trekking for this day.

  • Day 09 Rest Day at Do Tarap for acclimatization.

    This is the day for the acclimatization and it is a perfect chance to get acquainted with the people of the region as well as knowledge about their culture and traditions. Overnight in Do Tarap.

  • Day 10 Trek to Numa La Base Camp (4440m/14,563 ft): 6-7 hours walk

    The adventurous part of the journey starts here as we head towards the Upper Tarap Valley. The green lush forests and grassy meadows, as well as a monastery on the way before reaching the Numa La Base Camp, offers the best thrill during the trekking. Overnight in Numa La Base Camp.

  • Day 11 Cross Numa La pass (5,190m/17,023ft),

    camp at Pelung Tang(4465m/14,645 ft): 6-7 hours this day is toughest and also the longest day of trekking. The crossing of the Numa La pass is on the steep trail uphill to the top of Numa La. The outstanding view of Dhaulagiri is the reward for the hardship. The trekking again descends to the Pelung Tang.

  • Day 12 Cross Baga La pass (5,070m/16,630ft),

    Trek to Dajok Tang(4,080m/13,382ft): 6 hours after breakfast we begin our steep climb up to the top of Baga La pass. From here, we get fantastic views of the dry landscape and the distant snow-capped mountains including Mt. Kanjirowa. We spend some time at the

    top of the pass taking pictures and generally enjoying the mesmerizing

    views. Next, we descend to Dajok Tang f or an overnight stay.

  • Day 13 Dajok Tang to Ringmo (3,600m/11,808ft): 3-4 hours

    We spend most of today’s trek on trails alongside beautiful pine forests and alpine vegetation. After trekking for a short while on an easy trail with only gradual highs and lows, we reach Ringmo Village. The village is a traditional Tibetan village of the Dolpo region. Overnight in Ringmo.

  • Day 14 Hike to Phoksundo Lake

    Today we explore the great Phoksundo Lake and camp at its shores. We see yak caravans moving in and out of Ringmo mostly towards Tibetan borders on remote mountain trails. The scene is even depicted in a Hollywood movie‘Caravan’ shot mostly in this location. On our way to the lake, we also tour a nearby monastery. Upon reaching the Phoksundo Lake, we can enjoy a relaxing walk on the serene lake’s shores. Overnight at Phoksundo.

  • Day 15 Phoksundo Lake to Shyanta (2520m/8265 ft): 5-6 hours walk

    We trek downhill to Chepka. From Chepka the trail takes after an enormous overhanging rock. Amid our trek, we find numerous essential restoratives minerals which are accepted to cure nearly anything around there. The course then goes through towns, before moving to Shyanta. Overnight in Shyanta.

  • Day 16 Shyanta to Jhupal

    We walk towards Jhupal through Sulighat on a trail encompassed by birch trees. From on an edge, we get the most astounding perspectives of the mountain above us and Jhupal Village beneath. The most extreme alert is required while trekking along this trail. Subsequent to achieving Jhupal, we can spend our evening investigating the bustling business sector town or just taking a rest.   • Day 17 Fly to Nepalgunj, fly to Kathmandu

    We take the soonest flight from Jhupal to Nepalgunj. After coming to Nepalgunj, we profit to Kathmandu for the following accessible flight. Upon our landing in Kathmandu, we will be exchanged to our inn. There is nothing to do except for exchange messages with travel associates and arrange the photographs. To commend the fruitful culmination of our trip, we will have a goodbye supper at night. overnight in Kathmandu.
