Mount Everest Trekking, a grand adventurous venture commences after we have a short flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. It is a 35 minutes scenic flight. Lukla flights sometimes get disturbed due to weather condition. The visibility is very poor. It happens especially during winter. In case of bad weather condition, sometimes the fights either will be postponed or canceled.

The trail then gradually leads you to Namche Bazaar via Phakding and Monjo. Phakding is located at the Lower elevation than Lukla. We get our trekking permits and national park entry checked at Monjo and gradually head to Namche Bazar. Namache Bazar is the gateway to Khumbu region trekking. This is considered to be the capital of the Everest region. Namche Bazaar is prominently popular as a cultural and trade hub which is a Tibetan market with luxurious hotels and restaurants. We normally have a day of acclimatization at Namche and explore it entirely. On our acclimatization, we hike up to Hotel Everest View and enjoy the breathtaking mountain views including the top of the world. We also visit the Sherpa Cultural Museum at Namche.

Then, we will be welcomed by holy monasteries and prayer flags at Tengboche the next day. Again, this pleasant but adventurous trekking still continues ascending up to Gorakh Shep via Pheriche and Lobuche. The climb to Kalapatthar will offer us, undoubtedly, a magnificent view of mountain giants including the top of the world, Mt Everest the next morning. Kalapatthar is normally windy. The holy Pumori is just in front of us. Then, ultimately, we trek to Everest Base Camp for further breathtaking views of giant peaks. The trek then, gradually, descends down to Lukla via Tengboche and Namche. Finally, we have a flight to Kathmandu from Lukla.
